Villa Looking To Upset Chelsea
Villa travel to Stamford Bridge this weekend and are well prepared after illness recently struck the whole team.
Their last game against Arsenal saw them concede three goals in three minutes and their unbeaten start to the season come to an end.
Paul Lambert was making no excuses but did say that the illness had wrote off most of the players during the week and fitness was lacking.
So will they put up a performance against Chelsea?
Chelsea come into this game after a good performance against Manchester City. The draw was an ideal result for them and they remain unbeaten so far.
The team is playing some of the best football I have ever season with Cesc Fabregas and Diego Costa in the form of their lives.
Jose Mourinho has said that Ramires is the only unavailable player this weekend so expect a strong starting eleven.
Villa have overcome their illness and have a near full-strength team available with only Ron Vlaar, Benteke and Kozak unavailable.
Villa have made an excellent start to the season but I can’t see them getting a result in this one. The inevitable slide down the table has begun after their loss against Arsenal and will continue after this game.
Chelsea look so good in all areas and have the benefit of being at Stamford Bridge. Expect Costa to get on the score-sheet and a final score of 4-0 to Chelsea.
